Our Story

Brewing Inspiration, One Cup at a Time

Ink Quill Cafe was born from a simple idea: that the best moments are found in quiet reflection, with a warm cup of coffee in one hand and a creative tool in the other. We wanted to create a haven in the heart of Toronto, away from the hustle, where inspiration is served daily.

Our founder, a lifelong coffee aficionado and calligraphy artist, envisioned a space where community could gather not just to drink, but to create. From our ethically sourced beans to our curated selection of pointed pens, every detail is chosen to inspire your next great idea or conversation. We believe in crafting experiences that nourish both the body and the soul, fostering a creative spirit within our welcoming walls.

Join our calligraphy and lettering workshops for all skill levels.

Beginner's Modern Calligraphy

Master the fundamentals of modern calligraphy with a pointed pen. No experience necessary! Learn basic strokes and letterforms.

3-hour session. All materials, including a take-home starter kit, are provided. Cost: $120 CAD.

Advanced Flourishing & Style

2.5-hour session. Prerequisite: Beginner's knowledge. Cost: $150 CAD.
